FamilyOS sells household privacy, so it would be strange to run a marketing site that quietly did the opposite. This page describes exactly what familyosai.com collects. It is short because the site does very little.
The waitlist form
If you enter your email address to join the beta waitlist, we store:
- The email address you typed.
- The date and time you submitted it.
- The country your request came from, as reported by our CDN.
- The referring page, if you arrived from a link somewhere else.
That is the whole record. We use it for one thing: to email you when the beta opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to an advertising network, and the list is not shared with a third-party mailing service — it is held on infrastructure we operate.
Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit the form against spam and is not written to storage.
If you'd rather not be on it
Email privacy@familyosai.com and we will delete your entry. You do not need to explain why, and there is no account to close.
What this site doesn't do
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts.
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No profile is built about you.
The page does load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request. That is the only third party involved in serving this site.
The product is a different document
This page is about the website. The FamilyOS Privacy Policy — covering the app itself, children's data, and the Children's Privacy Addendum — is a separate and considerably longer document. It publishes alongside the public beta. Until then, questions go to privacy@familyosai.com.
